Show Us Your Best Shot – Featuring Geoquest Products in Action

Geoquest Canada invites our valued external partners and clients to showcase the real-world impact of our products in real Canadian projects. Submit your best Canadian project photos highlighting how Geoquest products were used in the field for a chance to win exciting prizes and be featured in our marketing material (digital & print).

  • Contest Launch: June 11, 2025
  • Submission Deadline: November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
  • Internal Voting Period: December 1–14, 2025
  • Winners Announced: December 16, 2025

Who Can Enter?

  • Open to external stakeholders only (e.g., engineers, contractors, project leads, clients, and suppliers) involved in projects using Geoquest Canada products.
  • Geoquest employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Projects must feature Geoquest products clearly and authentically.
  • Contestants can submit as many different projects as they wish during the contest period.
  • Only one project can be submitted per day per contestant.
    • After 24 hours, the project name, image, and video upload slots will reset and become available for another submission.

How to Submit

  1. Upload your entry via photocontest.geoquest.ca.
  2. Provide your full name, organization, and contact info

Note: Ensure you have the rights or permission to share each submitted photo.

Note: You may submit one project per day. After 24 hours, you may return to submit another project. Each project entry may include up to 5 photos and videos.

Photo Guidelines

  • Minimum resolution: 1200 x 800 pixels
  • Formats: JPG or PNG
  • File size must not exceed 5 MB
  • Must clearly show Geoquest Canada products in use
  • Avoid watermarks or excessive editing
  • Do not submit:
    • Photos showing unsafe practices
    • Confidential job sites or proprietary designs without permission
    • Any identifiable individuals without signed consent

Videos Guidelines

  • MP4 format
  • Recommended under 2 minutes in length
  • Max file size: 100 MB
  • All visuals must clearly showcase Geoquest products
  • Do not include:
    • Watermarks or logos
    • Confidential information
    • Unsafe or inappropriate content/li>

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be judged by the Geoquest internal team using the following weighted categories:

Image Quality & Composition 30%
Clarity of Geoquest Product Use 30%
Creativity and Uniqueness 20%

Submitting more project entries = More points. All completed tasks contribute to your overall score.

Privacy & Data Use

      • By entering, you consent to Geoquest Canada collecting and storing your contact information for contest purposes only.
      • Submitted content will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of Geoquest Canada and its parent companies.
      • Photos and personal info may be used in promotional material with attribution.
      • You may request removal of your content from our platforms at any time by emailing info@geoquest.ca.

Media Rights

By submitting a photo:

      • You confirm that you have the legal right to share the image(s).
      • You grant Geoquest Canada a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, publish, and display the photo in marketing material (digital and print), including but not limited to websites, brochures, social media, and presentations.
      • You retain ownership and copyright of your submitted work.

Dispute Resolution

      • Geoquest Canada reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or appears to misrepresent products or project details.
      • In the event of a dispute regarding image ownership or originality, the entrant must provide proof of permission or authorship.
      • All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
      • Any legal matters will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
